If you work with this population in any capacity, you will not want to miss this training. Learn simple, evidence-based techniques to help teens transform their stress and support their mental health. Share tools that are easy to use, creating a sustainable impact for increased resiliency and lifelong positive change.

- Identify how to teach teens about a growth mindset versus a fixed mindset from a mindfulness lifestyle approach that develops resiliency for them on a daily basis.
