EFT for Children and Teens

EFT is an evidence-based practice that involves tapping the energy meridians of the face and body. It has been shown to support mental health and help with stress, anxiety, fatigue and sleep issues. Learn how to share EFT effectively, and even within the yoga class setting. This training is for adults who work with children & teens.
This is an 8-hour training where you learn all about the How, What, Where, When and Why of EFT, how to use it for ourselves, and how to teach it to other people. Ann also offers a four-week self-care class series for educators. Each class is only 30 minutes long and is similar to attending a yoga class however the focus is on EFT.
