Leigh Sloss

Leigh Sloss is a Certified Yoga Therapist, Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher through the ChildLight Education Company, Certified Embodiment Coach, and has a Master’s in Education. Leigh’s mission is to make yoga accessible and doable for all! As a former classroom teacher, Leigh witnessed firsthand the need for children to feel safe and at ease before they could learn. Leigh combines her background in education with her trauma-sensitive yoga training to teach students K-12. She works at elementary, middle, and high schools in the seacoast NH area. She loves the challenge of introducing yoga and mindfulness to beginners in a way that is fun and age-appropriate. As a Yoga Therapist, Leigh works with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors who need a more personalized approach.
