Description

The Gentle Yoga for Seniors Teacher Training is open to any person who is interested in practicing and teaching gentle yoga and is especially recommended for those who are currently in or have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training.

Gentle Yoga is especially beneficial for anyone recovering from injury, new to the practice, coming back after a lull in practice, or for those simply interested in working at a slower pace. This sequence heavily emphasizes the benefits of linking movement with breath and how the philosophy of yoga can be integrated into our daily lives.

This training is recommended for those who are currently in or have completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and offers continuing education hours for those registered with the Yoga Alliance.
